The Registration Process

RelayPatrol works from the moment your domain subscription is enabled and once you've configured some basic profiles for your mailboxes RelayPatrol will notify you when someone accesses your mailboxes and control panel without you knowing.

1) Subscription Activation

Contact your email provider and request that they activate RelayPatrol for your company domain name. You will receive a welcome email from RelayPatrol that contains your domain name verification code needed in step 3.

2) Account Creation & Verification

Follow the steps found within the welcome invite email sent by RelayPatrol when your subscription was enabled by your email provider to create your free profile and complete Email Verification and SMS OTP Validation.

3) Verify Domain Ownership

Use the domain verification code sent in your welcome email to activate your domain subscription to link your domain to your RelayPatrol account. This will verify that you are indeed the domain owner.

4) Configure your Domain

Configure your domain by adding additional users to your domain profile, create domain wide preferences such as whitelisting your business ISP's and locations and configure the security notifications you wish to receive.

5) Configure Mailboxes

Fine-tune each mailbox within RelayPatrol by selecting which ISP's, locations and static IP Addresses each mailbox uses to ensure maximum protection across each mailbox within your company.

6) Action Incidents

RelayPatrol will notify you when irregular access has been detected so that you and your team can verify and acknowledge each incident separately using our comprehensive dashboard and reporting tools.
